IWBTG has encountered an error and needs to close

i get this... a lot.
like a lot a lot.

the only settings i've screwed with is the controls.
because i like having my shooting button as something i can press rapidly with my right hand instead of my left.

but even when i dont change the controls.. it still happens.

anyone else have this problem or know a fix?

i did use the search and found nothing. =[
